2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 112 — Section 87S. Application of secs. 87F—87R.

Section 87S. Nothing in sections eighty-seven F to eighty-seven R, inclusive, shall be construed to refer to a beauty shop, so called, or a hairdressing parlor, so called, which do not provide those services required by law to be performed exclusively by barbers, or to a cosmetologist, as defined in section eighty-seven F. Sections eighty-seven F to eighty-seven R, inclusive, shall apply to barbers and owners of barber shops who are employed by the commonwealth.
