2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 112 — Section 87N. Appeal to superior court.

Section 87N. Any person aggrieved by any action of the board refusing to grant, or suspending or revoking, a certificate of registration or a permit for any cause, may, within ten days after such action, appeal to the superior court of the county wherein he resides, and the decision of said court shall be final.
