2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 112 — Section 87M. Hearings.

Section 87M. The board may require the attendance and testimony of witnesses and the production of such books, records and papers as it desires at any hearing or in any matter which it has authority to investigate, and for that purpose the secretary may issue a subpoena for any witness or a subpoena duces tecum to compel the production of any books, records or papers. Fees and mileage shall be the same as those allowed in the superior court in criminal cases and shall be paid in the same manner as the compensation and expenses of the board are paid.
