2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 112 — Section 60O. Punishment for violations.

Section 60O. Whoever violates any provisions of sections sixty A to sixty M, inclusive, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment in a jail or house of correction for not more than three months, or both.
