    A licensed audiology assistant or an applicant to be a licensed audiology assistant shall be subject to the provisions in §§ 2–314.1, 2–314.2, 2–314.5, 2–314.7, 2–314.8, and 2–317 of this title in the same manner as those provisions apply to applicants for a license to practice audiology and licensed audiologists.
