Section 8-707 - Sixth Congressional District

    (a)    The sixth congressional district consists of the following counties:

        (1)    Allegany County;

        (2)    Garrett County; and

        (3)    Washington County.

    (b)    The district also includes the following parts of Frederick County:

        (1)    election districts 1, 2, 12, 14, 22, 23, and 25;

        (2)    election district 3, precinct 3;

        (3)    election district 7, precincts 1, 2, 4, 6, and 7;

        (4)    election district 9, precincts 3 and 8;

        (5)    election district 20, precinct 2;

        (6)    election district 21, precincts 2, 5, 6, and 8;

        (7)    election district 24, precincts 3 through 6;

        (8)    that part of election district 3, precinct 1 that consists of the following:

            (i)    census tract 7525.01, blocks 1000, 1004, 1014 through 1016, 2000 through 2005, 2009, 2010, and 2014 through 2016;

            (ii)    census tract 7526.01, blocks 3001 through 3017, 4011 through 4015, 4017, and 4018;

            (iii)    census tract 7526.02, blocks 3004 through 3008, 3011 through 3018, 3029, and 3030; and

            (iv)    census tract 7707.00, blocks 2007, 2008, and 2019 through 2034;

        (9)    that part of election district 7, precinct 3 that consists of the following:

            (i)    census tract 7522.05, blocks 1042, 1043, 1045, 1046, and 1049 through 1051; and

            (ii)    census tract 7522.06, blocks 3002 and 3003;

        (10)    that part of election district 7, precinct 5 that consists of the following:

            (i)    census tract 7519.04, blocks 1018, 2018, 2020, and 2022;

            (ii)    census tract 7522.05, blocks 1001 and 1002; and

            (iii)    census tract 7522.06, block 4000;

        (11)    that part of election district 9, precinct 1 that consists of census tract 7522.05, block 1004;

        (12)    that part of election district 9, precinct 6 that consists of census tract 7519.02, blocks 1011 and 1015;

        (13)    that part of election district 9, precinct 9 that consists of the following:

            (i)    census tract 7519.02, block 3016;

        (14)    that part of election district 13, precinct 2 that consists of census tract 7517.01, blocks 1019 through 1021;

        (15)    that part of election district 13, precinct 3 that consists of the following:

            (i)    census tract 7517.01, blocks 1007 through 1015; and

            (ii)    census tract 7756.00, blocks 2016 through 2021;

        (16)    that part of election district 20, precinct 1 that consists of census tract 7513.01, block 3024;

        (17)    that part of election district 21, precinct 1 that consists of census tract 7513.01, blocks 2006, 2046, 2048, 3019, 3047, and 3048;

        (18)    that part of election district 21, precinct 3 that consists of the following:

            (i)    census tract 7512.01, blocks 2009, 2010, 3001 through 3007, 3010 through 3027, 3030, and 3031;

            (ii)    census tract 7512.02, block 4009; and

            (iii)    census tract 7513.01, blocks 2013, 2027, 2037, 2041, 2044, and 2052;

        (19)    that part of election district 21, precinct 4 that consists of the following:

            (i)    census tract 7512.01, blocks 1001 through 1006, 1008, 1009, 1028, 1033, 1034, 2001 through 2008, 2011 through 2018, 2020 through 2023, 2028, 2029, 3000, 3008, 3009, 3028, 3029, 3032, and 3033; and

            (ii)    census tract 7513.01, blocks 2005, 2007 through 2012, 2014 through 2020, 2029 through 2036, 2038 through 2040, 2042, 2043, 2051, 2053, and 2054;

        (20)    that part of election district 21, precinct 7 that consists of census tract 7512.03, block 3009;

        (21)    that part of election district 24, precinct 1 that consists of the following:

            (i)    census tract 7510.04, blocks 1002 through 1005;

            (ii)    census tract 7526.02, blocks 1000 through 1007 and 2000 through 2012; and

            (iii)    census tract 7526.03, blocks 1014, 1015, 2012, 2013, 2015, and 2017 through 2020; and

        (22)    that part of election district 24, precinct 2 that consists of the following:

            (i)    census tract 7505.06, blocks 1011 through 1013, 4003, 4004, and 4011; and

            (ii)    census tract 7512.03, block 3011.

    (c)    The district also includes the following parts of Montgomery County:

        (1)    election districts 3, 6, 10, and 11;

        (2)    election district 2, precincts 1 through 5, and 10;

        (3)    election district 4, precincts 3, 12, 16, 20, 21, 23 through 25, 29, 32, 35, and 42;

        (4)    election district 9, precincts 2, 3, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, 18, 20, 21, 24 through 36, and 38 through 41;

        (5)    that part of election district 2, precinct 6 that consists of census tract 7002.10, blocks 1020 and 2000;

        (6)    that part of election district 2, precinct 8 that consists of the following:

            (i)    census tract 7003.08, blocks 1002, 1004, 1005, 4002, and 4003;

            (ii)    census tract 7003.10, blocks 1002 and 1003;

            (iii)    census tract 7003.16, blocks 1003 through 1010, 1012, 1016, and 2007 through 2016;

            (iv)    census tract 7003.17, blocks 1000 through 1070, 1078 through 1097, 2005 through 2013, 2015 through 2018, 2021 through 2023, and 2025 through 2028; and

            (v)    census tract 7003.18, block 1013;

        (7)    that part of election district 2, precinct 11 that consists of the following:

            (i)    census tract 7003.15, blocks 1000 through 1033; and

            (ii)    census tract 7003.16, blocks 1000 through 1002, 1014, 1015, and 2000 through 2006;

        (8)    that part of election district 4, precinct 2 that consists of:

        (17)    that part of election district 9, precinct 7 that consists of the following:

            (i)    census tract 7007.13, blocks 2000 through 2003, 2006, 2007, 3000, and 4000 through 4008;

            (ii)    census tract 7007.21, blocks 2000 through 2003 and 2006 through 2009; and

            (iii)    census tract 7007.33, block 1000;
