Title 13 - Support of Parents and Adult Children
Section 13-101 - "Destitute Adult Child" Defined

    In this title, “destitute adult child” means an adult child who:

        (1)    has no means of subsistence; and

        (2)    cannot be self–supporting, due to mental or physical infirmity.
