Title 9 - Water, Ice, and Sanitary Facilities
Subtitle 5 - County Water and Sewerage Plans
Section 9-511 - Conformance to County Plans Required -- in General
Universal Citation: MD. Environment Code Ann. § 9-511 (2021)
Unless they conform to the county plan or revision or amendment of the county plan, the following systems and facilities may not be installed or extended:
(1) A water supply system;
(2) A sewerage system;
(3) A solid waste disposal system; and
(4) A solid waste acceptance facility.
