Section 17-507 - Issuance and Contents of Permit
Universal Citation: MD. Health - General Code Ann. § 17-507 (2020)
(a) The Secretary shall issue a permit to any applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle.
(b) The Secretary shall include on each permit:
(1) The name of the permittee;
(2) The address of the permittee; and
(3) The expiration date of the permit.
