Section 5-203 - Officers
Universal Citation: MD. General Provisions Code Ann. § 5-203 (2020)
(a) The Ethics Commission shall elect a chair from among its members.
(b) (1) The term of the chair is 1 year.
(2) The chair may be reelected.
