Section 15-203 - Officers
Universal Citation: MD. Criminal Procedure Code Ann. § 15-203 (2020)
The Council shall designate from among its members a chair and vice chair who:
(1) shall serve for a term of 2 years; and
(2) are eligible for reelection.
