Section 10-321.1 - Selling of Hydrogen From Natural Gas Reforming as Motor Fuel Prohibited.

    ** TAKES EFFECT JULY 1, 2026 PER CHAPTER 213 OF 2019 **

    A person may not sell hydrogen as motor fuel in the State if the hydrogen was produced by natural gas reforming.
