§ 3-2A-09. Failure to comply with order of Board
Universal Citation: MD State Pers & Pens Code § 3-2A-09 (2019)
(a) If a president, a system institution, an exclusive representative, or a person fails to comply with an order issued by the Board, a member of the Board may petition the circuit court to order the president, system institution, an exclusive representative, or person to comply with the Board’s order.
(b) The Board shall not be required to post bond in an action under subsection (a) of this section.
