§ 20-603. Penalties
Universal Citation: MD Health-Gen Code § 20-603 (2019)
A person who violates the provisions of this subtitle is guilty of a felony and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 5 years or a fine not exceeding $5,000 or both.
