§ 1-103. Adult; minor
Universal Citation: MD Gen Provisions Code § 1-103 (2019)
(a) “Adult” means an individual at least 18 years old.
(b) Except as provided in § 1–401(b) of this title, as it pertains to legal age and capacity, “minor” means an individual under the age of 18 years.
