§ 10-611. Killing of dog or cat -- Prohibited means

    (a)    A person may not kill or allow a dog or cat to be killed by use of:

        (1)    a decompression chamber;

        (2)    carbon monoxide gas; or

        (3)    curariform drugs.

    (b)    A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $500.
