§ 11-606. Penalty
Universal Citation: MD Comm L Code § 11-606 (2019)
Any person who violates any provision of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $300 or imprisonment not exceeding 90 days or both.
