(a) Driving vehicle onto controlled access highways. -- A person may not drive a vehicle onto any controlled access highway except at the entrances and exits established by public authority.
(b) Driving from controlled access highways. -- A person may not drive a vehicle from any controlled access highway except at the entrances and exits established by public authority.
