§ 13-804. Funds for enforcement of vehicle inspection law

For the purpose of enforcing Title 23 of this article ("Inspection of Used Vehicles and Warnings for Defective Equipment"), the Administration may retain and use an appropriate amount established by the Administration from each fee paid under ยง 13-802 of this subtitle for a certificate of title for a vehicle subject to inspection under Title 23 of this article.
