(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) Consolidated hearing. -- "Consolidated hearing" means a hearing before State units from which development permits are required.
(c) Joint hearing. -- "Joint hearing" means a hearing before the local government and State units from which development permits are required.
