§ 3-103. Place of recording
Universal Citation: MD Real Prop Code § 3-103 (2018)
- The proper jurisdiction for recording all deeds or other instruments referred to in ยงยง 3-101 and 3-102 is as follows:
(1) In the county where the land affected by the deed or instrument lies; or
(2) If the land lies in more than one county, in all of such counties.
