§ 3-1012. Saltwater intrusion adaptation plan
Universal Citation: MD Nat Res Code § 3-1012 (2018)
(a) In general. -- On or before December 15, 2019, the Department of Planning, in consultation with the Department, the Department of the Environment, and the Department of Agriculture, shall establish a plan to adapt to saltwater intrusion.
(b) Updates. -- The plan established under subsection (a) of this section shall be updated at least once every 5 years.
