§ 3-103.2. Exemption from State Personnel Management System
Universal Citation: MD Nat Res Code § 3-103.2 (2018)
Except as provided in ยง 3-103.1(c)(8) of this subtitle, the Service is exempt from the provisions of Division I of the State Personnel and Pensions Article that govern the State Personnel Management System.
