§ 21-412. Applications for permits
Universal Citation: MD Health-Gen Code § 21-412 (2018)
- An applicant for a permit shall:
(1) Submit an application to the Secretary on the form that the Secretary provides; and
(2) Pay to the Secretary an annual fee established by the Secretary under ยง 2-104 of this article.
