§ 18-709. Advisory Council -- Meetings; compensation
Universal Citation: MD Health-Gen Code § 18-709 (2018)
(a) Meetings. -- The Advisory Council shall determine the times and places of its meetings.
(b) Compensation and reimbursement of expenses. -- A member of the Advisory Council:
(1) May not receive compensation; but
(2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
