§ 17-305. Permit required
Universal Citation: MD Health-Gen Code § 17-305 (2018)
- A person shall hold a permit issued by the Secretary before the person may:
(1) Operate a tissue bank in this State; or
(2) Represent or service in this State any tissue bank that is outside this State.
