§ 8-511. Enforcement of subtitle by Attorney General
Universal Citation: MD Env Code § 8-511 (2018)
The Attorney General shall take charge of, prosecute, and defend on behalf of this State every case arising under the provisions of this title, including the recovery of penalties.
