§ 12-303. Applications for certification
Universal Citation: MD Env Code § 12-303 (2018)
(a) In general. -- To apply for certification, an applicant shall submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires.
(b) Application procedures. -- The Secretary shall adopt rules and regulations as to application procedures.
