§ 24-901. Definitions
Universal Citation: MD Educ Code § 24-901 (2018)
(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following terms have the meanings indicated.
(b) Board. -- "Board" means the Northeast Maryland Higher Education Advisory Board.
(c) Center. -- "Center" means the University Center at HEAT.
(d) Commission. -- "Commission" means the Maryland Higher Education Commission.
(e) Site. -- "Site" means a location where a 4-year institution of higher education offers Commission-approved undergraduate and graduate programs in Cecil County or Harford County.
