Title 9.8. Maryland Education Development Collaborative.
§ 9.8-101. Definitions
Universal Citation: MD Educ Code § 9.8-101 (2018)
(a) In general. -- In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) Collaborative. -- "Collaborative" means the Maryland Education Development Collaborative.
(c) Evidence-based. -- "Evidence-based" means that a strategy or intervention has been shown to be effective by rigorous, peer-reviewed qualitative or quantitative studies.
(d) Governing Board. -- "Governing Board" means the Governing Board of the Collaborative.
