§ 9.7-110. Discontinuance of Program; regulations.
Universal Citation: MD Educ Code § 9.7-110 (2018)
(a) Discontinuance of Program. -- If the Department and the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation agree that the Program is not effective, the Department and Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation shall send written notice to the pilots that the Program has been discontinued.
(b) Regulations. -- The Department and the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation shall jointly adopt regulations to implement the Program.
