§ 9.5-311. Penalty -- Criminal
Universal Citation: MD Educ Code § 9.5-311 (2018)
- A person who violates ยง 9.5-304(a) of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to:
(1) A fine not exceeding $ 1,500 for the first violation; and
(2) A fine not exceeding $ 2,500 for a second or subsequent violation.
