§ 9.5-308. Informational pamphlet
Universal Citation: MD Educ Code § 9.5-308 (2018)
(a) Preparation; update. -- The Department shall prepare and, as needed, update an informational pamphlet for parents of children in family child care.
(b) Required contents. -- The pamphlet shall contain:
(1) An outline of family child care regulations;
(2) A description of parental rights and responsibilities;
(3) A description of complaint procedures; and
(4) The address and telephone number of the local department.
(c) Availability. -- The Department shall make the pamphlet available to child care providers for distribution to parents.
