§ 6-805. Sharing executive director; legal services.
Universal Citation: MD Educ Code § 6-805 (2018)
(a) Sharing executive director. -- The Board shall share an executive director with the Higher Education Labor Relations Board and the State Labor Relations Board.
(b) Legal services. -- The Attorney General shall assign an assistant Attorney General to provide legal services to the Board, the Higher Education Labor Relations Board, and the State Labor Relations Board.
