§ 3-5B-04. Meetings
Universal Citation: MD Educ Code § 3-5B-04 (2018)
(a) Actions to be public. -- All actions of the county board shall be taken at a public meeting and a record of the meeting and all actions shall be made public.
(b) Closed sessions. -- The county board may take actions in closed session in accordance with ยง 3-305 of the General Provisions Article.
