§ 3-203. Compensation and expenses
Universal Citation: MD Educ Code § 3-203 (2018)
(a) Elected county board members. -- Each elected county board member is entitled to:
(1) An annual salary set by the Allegany County Commissioners in accordance with Title 28, Subtitle 1 of the Local Government Article; and
(2) Reimbursement, after submitting vouchers, for travel and other expenses.
(b) Ex officio members. -- Each elected member of the county board shall be paid in 12 equal monthly installments.
