§ 24-103. Projecting loads on passenger vehicles

  • (a) Loads extending beyond line of fenders on left side of vehicle. -- A passenger-type vehicle may not be driven on any highway while carrying any load that extends beyond the line of the fenders on the left side of the vehicle.
  • (b) Loads extending more than 6 inches beyond line of fenders on right side of vehicle. -- A passenger-type vehicle may not be driven on any highway while carrying any load that extends more than 6 inches beyond the line of the fenders on the right side of the vehicle.
