§ 23-204. Inspections to be conducted by facilities

The facilities established or approved under ยง 23-203 of this subtitle shall conduct the exhaust emissions tests and emissions equipment and misfueling inspections of motor vehicles to determine whether each vehicle complies with emissions standards established under this subtitle for that vehicle.
