§ 16-813.1. Obtaining license by misrepresentation unlawful

  • (a) In general. -- A person may not knowingly or fraudulently obtain a commercial driver's license by misrepresentation.
  • (b) Penalty for violation of section. -- A person convicted of a violation of this section is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 5 years or a fine not exceeding $ 10,000 or both.
