Subtitle 20B - Maryland Strategic Energy Investment Program
§ 9-20B-01. Definitions.

- (a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
- (b) Administration. -- "Administration" means the Maryland Energy Administration.
- (c) Board. -- "Board" means the Strategic Energy Investment Advisory Board established under ยง 9-20B-07 of this subtitle.
- (d) Clean energy industry. -- "Clean energy industry" means a group of employers that are associated by their promotion of:
- (1) products and services that improve energy efficiency and conservation, including products and services provided by:
- (i) electricians;
- (ii) heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning installers;
- (iii) plumbers; and
- (iv) energy auditors; and
- (2) renewable and clean energy resources.

- (e) Fund. -- "Fund" means the Maryland Strategic Energy Investment Fund.
- (f) Program. -- "Program" means the Maryland Strategic Energy Investment Program.
