§ 9-204. Compensation; staff
Universal Citation: MD State Govt Code § 9-204 (2017)
- (a) Compensation and reimbursement for expenses. --
- (1) A member of the Commission may not receive compensation.
- (2) Members of the Commission and the associate member of the National Conference from the State are entitled to reimbursement for expenses incurred in the performance of their duties, as provided in the State budget.
- (b) Staff; expenses. -- In accordance with the State budget, the Commission may:
- (1) employ a staff; and
- (2) make necessary expenditures.
