§ 5-101.1. Oath
Universal Citation: MD State Govt Code § 5-101.1 (2017)
In addition to the oath specified in Article I, ยง 9 of the Maryland Constitution, the Treasurer shall take an oath to discharge the duties of the Office of Treasurer faithfully, diligently, and honestly.
