§ 4-203. Assignments and releases

  • (a) Assignment of mortgage. "I hereby assign the within mortgage to the assignee,..................…

    attached) note(s) are the only original note(s) secured by a deed of trust

    holder) after satisfaction of the debt secured thereby.

  • (d) Certificate of Satisfaction. "Certificate of Satisfaction
