§ 3-109. State Highway Administration plats
Universal Citation: MD Real Prop Code § 3-109 (2017)
Plats showing property or rights-of-way acquired or conveyed by the State Roads Commission and the State Highway Administration shall be filed with the State Archives and electronically recorded, as provided in ยง 9-1011 of the State Government Article.
