§ 8-306. Strategic plan to raise revenue.
Universal Citation: MD Human Svs Code § 8-306 (2017)
- (a) In general. -- On or before January 1, 2018, the Prince George's County Local Management Board shall:
- (1) develop and implement a strategic plan to raise revenues to match the total funding provided by the Governor's Office for Children; and
- (2) submit the strategic plan to:
- (i) the County Executive of Prince George's County;
- (ii) the County Council of Prince George's County;
- (iii) the Prince George's County Senate Delegation of the General Assembly; and
- (iv) the Prince George's County House Delegation of the General Assembly.
- (b) Submission of reports. -- On or before January 1 each year, the Prince George's County Local Management Board shall submit a report on the total revenue received in the previous fiscal year and the total revenue from each source to:
- (1) the County Executive of Prince George's County;
- (2) the County Council of Prince George's County;
- (3) the Prince George's County Senate Delegation of the General Assembly; and
- (4) the Prince George's County House Delegation of the General Assembly.
