§ 7-905. Applications
Universal Citation: MD Health-Gen Code § 7-905 (2017)
- (a) Forms. -- An applicant for a license shall submit an application to the Department on the form that the Department requires.
- (b) Required information. -- The application shall provide the information that the Department requires.
