§ 21-404. State preemption
Universal Citation: MD Health-Gen Code § 21-404 (2017)
- (a) Local regulation prohibited. -- A political subdivision may not regulate any milk product that is produced, processed, and manufactured in accordance with this subtitle and the rules and regulations adopted under this subtitle.
- (b) Statewide sale authorized. -- Any milk product that is produced, processed, and manufactured in accordance with this subtitle and the rules and regulations adopted under this subtitle may be sold anywhere in this State.
