§ 18-315. Antirabies clinics
Universal Citation: MD Health-Gen Code § 18-315 (2017)
- (a) Clinics required. -- With the county health department for each county, the Department shall provide for an antirabies clinic in the county.
- (b) Staff. -- Each clinic shall be staffed by a graduate veterinarian.
- (c) Operation. -- The clinic for a county shall be offered on or before June 30 of each year, on the date and at the location that the Department and the health department for the county determine.
- (d) Fees. -- Each county health department may charge fees that are set so as to produce funds to cover the cost of material and services that the clinic provides.
- (e) Vaccination procedures. -- The public health veterinarian shall set the vaccination procedures to be used at the clinics.
