§ 17-506. Applications for permits

- (a) In general. -- An applicant for a permit shall submit an application to the Secretary on the form that the Secretary requires.
- (b) Fees; waiver. --
- (1) The applicant shall pay to the Department the application fee set by the Secretary in accordance with ยง 2-104 of this article.
- (2) The Secretary shall waive all permit fees for local and county health departments.
- (c) Waiver of renewal fees. -- The Secretary shall waive all renewal fees for local and county health departments.
