§ 13-605. Results of hearing screening of newborns to be included in birth event information.

- (a) In general. -- As part of the supplemental information required to be submitted to the Department as part of the birth event, a hospital shall include the results of the hearing screening of the newborn.
- (b) Regulations. -- The Department may adopt regulations for results reporting procedures for hospitals, birthing sites, and audiologists.
